Justice R. Mohammed of the Federal High Court in Abuja has remitted Senate President Bukola Saraki’s case to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mahmud Mohammed, for reassigning to another judge. The judge, in returning the case file to the CJN on Wednesday, cited “negative reports” on the case as informing his decision.
