Breaking News: David Mark Wins Benue South Senatorial Re-run

The Independent National Election Commission, INEC, has declared former Senate President, David Mark, as the winner of the Saturday’s Benue South Senatorial District Re-run election.
Mark polled a total of 84,192 to defeat his closest rival, Daniel Onjeh who got 71, 621 votes. He won in five local government areas while Onjeh won in four.
Our correspondent reports that supporters of the former senate president went into wild jubilation moments after the declaration of the results by INEC.
