(NNP) The Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum, has estimated the total damage wrath on his state by the terrorist organization known as Boko Haram, to be $6 billion. The governor made this known in the state capital when he unveiled the 25-year strategic recovery plan for the state.
