THE Federal Government Monday re-awarded the construction of Zik’s mausoleum in Onitsha to a French company, Bouygues, at the cost of N1.49 billion. The mausoleum is the final resting place of the former President of Nigeria, the late Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, who died in 1996, which was first awarded by the late Gen. Sani Abacha. [...]
