Keshi releases list for Kenyan tie, Yobo dropped, Martins in
Headlines, Soccer, Sports Saturday, March 9th, 2013The Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi, has not invited Captain Joseph Yobo for this month’s 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against the Harambee Stars of Kenya.
The coach invited 15 overseas based players, but left out the Fenerbahce of Turkey defender who played a bit-part role as Nigeria romped to her third Africa Cup of Nations triumph in South Africa.
The list, made public on Thursday, has Chelsea ace, Mikel Obi, topping the list of the15 overseas-based professionals.

Midfielder, Nnamdi Oduamadi, who also shone brightly for the last U-23 squad in their qualifying games, was called. But the biggest dark horse seems to be Portugal-based midfielder, John Ogu.
