Headlines, Ogun, State News Wednesday, December 21st, 2011The Ogun State Judicial Commission of Inquiry on Land Matters yesterday issued a bench warrant on the former Managing Director of Gateway City Development Company (GCDC), Mr. Kayode Anibaba, an architect.
Also to be arrested is the branch Manager of the First City Monument Bank (FCMB) in Ogba, Mrs. Abiodun as well as one Mr. Femi Sanyaolu, who was Anibaba’s personal assistant.

Akinyemi, who ordered the state Police Commissioner, Mr. Nicholas Nkemdeme, to effect the arrest of Anibaba, Sanyaolu and Abiodun said the affected persons had illegal transaction with a company, Kayode Fasipe Farms (KFF).
Sanyaolu, who had earlier appeared before the commission testified in a petition written by KFF that Anibaba instructed KFF to pay N150 million into the coffers of government while the remaining N250 million was to be paid into a private account.
Anibaba’s aide was alleged to have admitted that he floated two companies, Patent Properties Limited and Home Realtors Limited in which he claimed in his evidence that N55 million was paid to his company accounts by his boss to clear and sand filled for Ulysis Company Limited without due process.
Akinyemi stated that the FCMB’s branch manager’s arrest was sequel to her alleged refusal to produce the statement of account of Mr. Femi Sanyaolu on two occasions as directed by the commission.
