13% Derivation: Delta lawmaker lambasts Northern governors
Governors, Niger Delta Friday, March 9th, 2012Hon. Keston Okoro, member representing Udu in the Delta State House of Assembly, DTHA has lambasted the Northern Governors for stoking needless controversy in making provocative statement that the 13 percent derivation fund met for Niger Deltans should be reviewed.
Okoro who made this comment while addressing newsmen condemned the statement made by the Chairman Northern Governors forum Governor Babangida Aliyu in its entirety, saying that he should render an unreserved apology to Niger Deltans
