Gunmen kill teacher in Kano
Kano, State News Monday, April 2nd, 2012KANO – Unknown gunmen shot and killed a classroom teacher in Kano , Monday morning. The incident occurred at Hotoro Arewa area in Kano Municipality.
The gunmen were said to have arrived the residence of Aliyu on a motorcycle and pumped hot lead into his head.
It was not clear while the late classroom teacher with Yan’Dutse Group of school was targeted but Kano had in recent weeks witnessed similar attacks.
Eyewitnesses told Vanguard that the incident happened around 6am and that the police arrived an hour later to pick the remains of the late teacher .
Confirming the incident, the PPRO of Kano Police Command, ASP Magaji Musa Majia said that the incident was reported to the Command by a Good Samaritan.wp_posts
