Fed Govt, southern states may clash over state police

The Canadian government is allowing these businesses to outsource a lot of their jobs to foreign countries which employs a lot more people in other countries while having a great amount of unemployed in Canada.  Statistics indicate that Canada has increased their share of material and services inputs from abroad (Gu, 2008).  According to appendix 1 and appendix 2, from 1961-2003, Material, services, business services, financial services, and software and computer services has been the big part of the outsourced work
