3 Nabbed For Alleged Theft of Manhood

The Delta State police have arrested three suspected ritual killers for allegedly stealing people’s manhood. The three suspects were said to have been operating in Nsukwa and Ogwashi-uku environs in the last few months.

Spokesman for the police in the state ASP Charles Muka confirmed that the suspects made useful statements to the police during interrogations. Charms made into powder and different colours of candles including other fetish materials were also recovered.

LEADERSHIP SUNDAY gathered that the suspects usually hoodwink unsuspecting male residents into drinking joints and eateries where they pretend to discuss the sale of herbs. The victims are trapped during price negotiation as they would shake hands with them after rubbing the powder on their palms. As soon as this happens, the victim’s organ will reduce in size.

Two of the victims who did not want their names mentioned in print recounted their ordeal to LEADERSHIP SUNDAY. According to them, “after shaking hands with them, our organs suddenly reduced to a very small size and we panicked.”

When one of the victims smelt a rat, he screamed for help. This attracted passers-by who descended on the suspect.

Eyewitnesses said the suspect was taken to the police in the area where he was detained before he led the security agents to their hideout where they arrested two others.

Sources told LEADERSHIP SUNDAY that the trio hail from Owerri, Imo State.

Muka said, however, that on completion of investigation the suspects would be charged to court.
