Air Algerie plane with 116 on board disappears

The Air Algerie plane with 110 passengers and six crew loses contact with air traffic control and disappears from radar after taking off from Burkina Faso on flight to Algeria.
APS said air navigation services lost track of the plane 50 minutes after takeoff early Thursday, last sited at 0155 GMT.
