Legislature, Senate Wednesday, January 7th, 2015From ADETUTU FOLASADE-KOYI, Abuja
Senate Leader, Victor Ndoma-Egba, yesterday condoled with President Goodluck Jonathan, over the death of his sister, Mrs. Nancy Jonathan-Olei at the weekend in their home state of Bayelsa State.
Senator Ndoma-Egba urged Jonathan not to be discouraged but to take solace in God that his sister lived a worthy life.
In a personally signed statement issued in Abuja yesterday, the Senate leader noted that it was painful to lose a dear one, especially as Mrs. Jonathan-Olei died at an age when she was just starting to blossom.
He, however, prayed that the Almighty God grant the bereaved’s family and the president the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
