Air Peace expands flights linking Lagos, Abidjan, Dakar, Accra

Air Peace has concluded plans to commence expanded regional flight operations across West Africa, effective April 1, 2026.

The airline said the new schedules would enhance seamless travel between Lagos, Abidjan, Dakar, Banjul, Accra, Monrovia and Freetown, offering passengers improved connectivity and greater flexibility across the airline’s growing West African network.

A statement by the airline’s Spokesperson, Efe Osifo-Whiskey, said the new schedules were designed to improve connectivity across key West African capitals, enabling passengers to travel more efficiently within the region while connecting seamlessly through the airline’s pri

The statement reads: “The expansion also reinforces Air Peace’s broader strategy to position Lagos as a major regional aviation hub linking West and Central Africa to global destinations. Passengers and travel partners are encouraged to take advantage of these enhanced services with very competitive fares and additional baggage allowance, which will support business travel, tourism, trade, and regional integration across West Africa.

The airline will operate a Lagos–Abidjan–Dakar–Banjul–Dakar–Abidjan–Lagos service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, departing Lagos at 07:00 and arriving Abidjan at 07:50, before continuing to Dakar (08:30–11:30) and Banjul (12:10–13:00). The return leg will depart Banjul at 13:40, arriving Dakar at 14:30, before proceeding to Abidjan (15:10–18:10) and terminating in Lagos at 21:40.

“On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, the airline will operate a Lagos–Abidjan–Dakar–Abidjan–Lagos rotation, departing Lagos at 07:00 to Abidjan (07:50), continuing to Dakar (08:30–11:30), returning to Abidjan (12:10–15:10) and arriving back in Lagos at 18:40.

“Similarly, the carrier will operate Lagos–Accra–Monrovia–Accra–Lagos flights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, departing Lagos at 08:00 and arriving Accra at 08:05, before continuing to Monrovia (08:45–10:45). The return leg will depart Monrovia at 11:25, arrive Accra at 13:25, and continue to Lagos (14:05–16:10).

“Meanwhile, the airline will also operate Lagos–Accra–Freetown–Accra–Lagos services on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, departing Lagos at 08:00 to Accra (08:05), continuing to Freetown (08:45–11:35), returning to Accra (12:15–15:05) and arriving back in Lagos at 17:50.”
