Boko Haram damage to Borno is $6bn – Gov. Zulum
Boko Haram, Borno, Governors, Headlines, NNP News, Raw Politics, State News Sunday, November 15th, 2020(NNP) The Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum, has estimated the total damage wrath on his state by the terrorist organization known as Boko Haram, to be $6 billion. The governor made this known in the state capital when he unveiled the 25-year strategic recovery plan for the state. The plan, he stated, will provide the framework for all government agencies and ministries to operate. Governor Zulum has twice been the target of Boko Haram with two close attacks that killed some members of his security team.
