Jonathan lauded over location of varsity in Yobe

President Goodluck Jonathan has been commended for approving the location of one of the proposed federal universities in Yobe State.
The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Public Accounts, Senator Ahmed Lawan, who represents Yobe North under the platform of the ANPP, said on Tuesday in Abuja that the establishment of the institution would bring university education to the doorsteps of the people of the state.
Senator Lawan noted that to attain the nation’s vision of becoming one of the 20 largest economies of the world in 2020, it was imperative to create critical mass of workforce that would encourage investors to invest in the country.wp_posts
