THE national president, Orisun Igbo mina, Chief Gbenga Awoyale, has condemned the malicious text messages being circulated by some groups of people, who claim to be members of Igbomina Parapo, against the integrity of the people of Kwara State, particularly the people of Ilorin Emirate.

According to Chief Awoyale, “this set of people are believed to be members who opposed the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state and who have explored all available avenues without success to create disaffection among the people of the state.”

While affirming that the malicious messages were intended to injure the harmony and peaceful coexistence among the people of Igbomina and Ilorin emirate, Chief Awoyale appealed to the people to disregard the message.

While assuring the people of Kwara State that the gubernatoril candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed, was the candidate of the people, he appealed to all the people the state to come out en masse and vote for him (Ahmed), adding that the state would be for the better if he was elected.wp_posts
