Video: How Nigerian governors/senators celebrate after fleecing their people

This is how Nigerian governors/senators (also known as clowns) celebrate after fleecing their people. In the video are Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike (in the white hat) and former Imo State governor turned senator, Rochas Okorocha. The Imo State government has seized many properties of Okorocha, including Eastern Palm University, allegedly built and funded with embezzled state funds. Wike is dancing while pensioners in his state wait years (some over ten years) for their gratuity to be paid and while kidnappers, armed robbers and bandits reign supreme. Can anyone take these leaders seriously?
