Video: Social Distance Graduation: Nigerian youth, Damilola Adewunmi, graduates in style
Headlines, NNP News, Whatsapp Files Sunday, May 31st, 2020(NNP) With many 2020 graduations ceremonies suspended, cancelled or conducted via zoom across the world due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic that has claimed more 367,000 lives, Nigerian youth, Damilola Adewunmi, did not want her hard work and high school graduation to go uncelebrated. In the video, the youth is seen having fun at a small gathering of friends and family members in front of her home with an energetic saxophonist serenading her with lovely Nigerian tunes.
We applaud the graduate and her guests for not only observing social distancing while celebrating, but for (some) wearing masks to ensure the safety of all. New Nigerian Politics congratulates Damilola on her academic achievements and wishes her every success in her post-secondary pursuits.
