‘Transformation agenda not for president, vice president alone’
Goodluck Jonathan (2010-present), Presidency Monday, June 25th, 2012PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan has urged all Nigerians to see the process of the transformation of the country as a project for all rather than just for himself and Vice-President Namadi Sambo.
He made the plea on Saturday night during the 2012 Civil Service Dinner and Award Night at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa where he noted that both himself and the vice-president were not in the position to bring the desired change to the country alone but that it would require all hands to be on deck to succeed.
He said all Nigerians needed to join hands in making the country better for all by embracing the policies and programmes of his administration’s transformation agenda particularly in the effort to tackle corruption in the country.
