Atlético Madrid of Spain forward, Otubanjo Olaitan has asked Super Eagles coach, Samson Siasia not to lose to the Black Stars of Ghana in the London showdown on August 9.
Otubanjo, 19, employed Siasia to attack the Ghanaians just has he did against the Argentine team in Abuja last June.
“Well Nigeria has been good when it comes to football, so the game is a must win for us. What I mean is that we can’t allow them to win this one again even if it is a friendly match.
“We lost to them in both the male and female All Africa Games qualifiers so, we can’t afford to play with this one. All I have to say is just to wish them the best of luck and they should make us proud because they are the ones in there now,” Otubanjo said.
Asked about the claim that Siasia favours his boys ahead of others he said, “it is not new in world football that coaches have players they like most especially when they are good but football is not a game where a player can hide because if you are good, you will be noticed and favoured by God and even the fans will back you up.
