Boko Haram: ACF in emergency meeting
Arewa House, Latest Politics Thursday, September 29th, 2011The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) is currently meeting in Kaduna to proffer solutions to the Federal government on how to end the activitiesof Boko Haram in the country.
The meeting which had in attendance prominent members of the forum, it was gathered was also unhappy with the reoccurring killings in Jos, Plateau State as a result of religious violence in the state.
According to the ACF spokesperson, Mr. Anthony Sani, “it is an emergency meeting aimed at arresting the insecurity in the North, which has to do with Jos crisis, Boko Haram, kidnapping.”
Sani, however declined further comment, saying that, “a communique will be made available to the press at the end of the emergency meeting.
