Gunmen kill ex-Gov Goje’s orderly

Former police orderly to the immediate past governor of Gombe State, Inspector Rilwanu Gadzama, was yesterday shot dead by unknown gunmen. It was gathered that the deacesed, who worked with ex-Governor Muhammed Danjuma Goje for many years, was shot at about 4.30pm yesterday at Hamadukafa quarters in Gombe metropolis.
According to an eye witness, he was said shot at close range by two gunmen on motorbike, who fled immediately. When contacted, the Gombe State police command spokesman, DSP Swaze Atajiri, said that he was yet to get the details of the incident.
