Six doctors killed on Abuja-Kaduna road
Abuja (FCT), Headlines, Kaduna, State News Monday, April 25th, 2016The Nigeria Medical Association has confirmed that six doctors traveling to Sokoto state for its Annual General Conference died in a car accident along the Abuja-Kaduna Express Way on Sunday.
According to a statement issued yesterday by it’s National President, Kayode Obembe, the deceased were all members of the Ekiti Chapter of the association. This is just as he disclosed that the driver of the vehicle the did not survive the accident.
The statement read in part: “it is now confirmed that the Ekiti state delegates for the Annual General Conference/Annual Delegates Meeting (AGC/ADM) currently holding in Sokoto, were involved in a fatal motor accident along Abuja-Kaduna Expressway.
