Written by Staff Writer – New Nigerian Politics – March 27, 2011 – Nigeria claimed all three points at stake at the Abuja National Stadium and gave newly hired coach Samson Siasia his first official win in a must-win match in African Nations Cup qualifying against Nigerian Coached Ethiopians. With this 4-0 win and with a 1-1 tie by group leader Guinea against Madagascar, Nigeria now has its destiny in its own hands and will advance to the ANC finals with a win against the Syli Nationale of Guinea in Nigeria in the next several weeks.
