Potentially offensive picture: Afrocandy hits back at Uche Ogbodo

US-based actress, Judith Opara Mazagwu, popularly known as Afrocandy, has finally hit back at her colleague, Uche Ogbodo, who alleged that she was invited by Afrocandy to play a porn role in her latest movie, “Destructive Instinct,” just as she reinstated that she was not going back to her ex-husband.

Afrocandy in an interview posted online, debunked Ogbodo’s acquisition, saying that “it was true that I wanted to use Cossy, Anita and Uche because I have been watching them for a while and I like them, but I was not planning to ask them to strip naked or feature in a porn movie with anybody. It is so unfortunate that one of them went to the public to run her mouth”

“I can’t believe that someone who calls herself a professional would stoop that low. She can’t call me a porn star because I stripped naked in a movie and you are looking for the opportunity to strip your cloth in Monster’s Ball.”

Uche Ogbodo had earlier stated that she was an actress and not a porn star and that the fact that she was just experimenting with the Lady Gaga’s red hair photo shoot is not an excuse for AfroCandy to insult her.

Ogbodo said: “If I ever decide to strip in a movie, trust me, it’d be worth it like Halle Berry did in Monster’s Ball and Swordfish.”

In her response to her ex-husband’s comment on the issue, Afrocandy stated that she was done with her ex-husband and that she did not care about anything he says because it would not make any sense to her.

“I have moved on with my new life and I love it. Going back to him is like a dead horse. We have broken-up and no more together since year 2007,” she said.
