British PM, Boris Johnson, discharged from the hospital

British PM, Boris Johnson has been discharged from St. Thomas Hospital in London where he was admitted and spent three days in the intensive care unit. The 55 year-old leader had contracted the coronavirus and had to be taken to the hospital as his symptoms worsened. While Johnson did not need a ventilator, his breathing was assisted with the provision of oxygen. The PM thanked hospital staff and gave a word of hope to those still battling the virus. The UK is one of the worst hit countries in Europe with over 84,000 confirmed cases and over 10,000 deaths.
