Hibbs of Scotland defender Efe Ambrose has tipped home based Eagles to win the on-going CHAN tournament in Morocco, stating that the  Salisu Yusuf tutored side has really improved with every single game at the competition.

Speaking during a chat on Brila Fm,the former Celtic defender acknowledged the improvement in the team since after the first game against Rwanda.

“I didn’t see the first game against Rwanda, but the subsequent matches have been good. The team has made tremendous progress”, Ambrose explained.

“We managed to beat Libya, but against Equitorial  Guinea, we were all over them, the improvement is so obvious.”

Efe believes that the team led by Manager Salisu Yusuf who is an experienced tactician is doing well and can bring home the trophy.

“Coach Salisu is an experienced manager, and with the calibre of guys in the team, I think they have the capacity to win the tournament, most especially with the support from NFF and football fans,” Ambrose stated.
