LAGOS — The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested the Vice President of the Nigerian Football Federation, Mr. Mike Umeh.

According to a statement by the commission’s Acting Head, Media and Publicity, Wilson Uwujaren, Umeh was picked up by operatives of the commission, Monday, in Lagos following a warrant by a Sokoto High Court. He will appear before Justice Bello Abass of the Sokoto High Court today.
