Former Nigeria goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama, on Tuesday expressed his excitement over his FIFA 16 Ultimate Team of the Week plaque.
The Lille goalkeeper was picked as the goalkeeper for the Week 24 Team by the football body. Enyeama has been in impressive form for the club this season helping them to stay 15th in the French Ligue 1.
It was the first time Enyeama has made the FIFA 16 Ultimate Team of the Week and the 33-year-old was presented with the plaque on Tuesday.
The former Nigeria captain, who is the first Nigerian to make the Team of the Week, expressed his happiness on Instagram, “This is how goodness and mercy will follow you all this month of March. First day of the month; FIFA got me a trophy for hard work, dedication, success. Merci @FIFA. I want to wish everyone reading this message a wonderful month of March. God did it for me. God will do it for us.”
Enyeama made the team along with defenders Jetro Willems of PSV, Miguel Layún of FC Porto, Miranda of Inter Milan and Morales of Levante UD. The midfielders in the team are Mahmoud Dahoud of Borussia M’gladbach, Thomas Müller of Bayern München and Hans Vanaken of Club Brugge. The strikers are Carlos Tévez of Boca Juniors, Edin Džeko of AS Roma and Zlatan Ibrahimović of Paris Saint-Germain.wp_posts
