Fresh threat to my life – MOSOP president

I wish to notify the general public of a fresh plot against my life. This plot to harm me was decided at a meeting held Saturday, June 20, 2020 between Mr Lazarus Tamana, Mr Solomon Lah Bob Maxwell Bakor and some others in the home of Mr Solomon Lah in Yeghe, Gokana local government area.
To confirm the ignoble gang up, I received a call on June 24, 2020 at about 1:18pm threatening me of a fresh plan to abduct me a second time.
The caller said I was in so much hot water and may not survive the plot this time. He further told me the only solution was for me to agree that I will stop acting as the president of MOSOP citing a judgement order dated May 5, 2020.
An Nchia High Court had delivered a controversial judgement on May 4, 2020 upholding the decisions of the Central Committee which set up an electoral committee to conduct elections and also suspended erstwhile president of MOSOP, Leborsi Pyagbara on November 3, 2018. It is instructive to note that the Nchia High Court did not nullify my election just as it affirmed the decisions of the Central Committee which set up the electoral committee.
The electoral committee headed by Chief Emmanuel Nkala conducted elections  at all levels and into all affiliates which culminated in my emergence as the president of MOSOP on December 19, 2018 after I defeated fellow contestant, Mr. Lazarus Tamana.
On the other hand, the same court also ordered all defendants in the matter to stop parading as president of MOSOP. Following this controversy, I appealed the judgement on May 6, 2020.
The parties to the suit have also responded to the service to acknowledge they are fully aware that the matter is currently in appeal (see attachment for copies of the appeal processes as well as the reply of respondents). It is expected that all parties maintain the status quo and respect the position as it were pending the determination of the suit.
While urging Ogonis to remain peaceful and non-violent, I will urge the general public to be aware of this gang up against me and the leadership  of MOSOP.
I will further call on everyone interested in the leadership of MOSOP to conduct themselves peacefully and prepare for elections next year, 2021, when my tenure expires and a new leadership will be elected. I urge them not to allow their desperation to control MOSOP throw Ogoni into crises.
Regards,,
Fegalo Nsuke
