Jonathan sends delegation to Daniel

PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan has asked the former governor of Ogun State, Chief Gbenga Daniel, to take solace in the good legacy left behind by his late father, the Reverend Adebola Daniel, who was buried on Friday.

The president said this through a four-man delegation led by the Minister of the Niger Delta, Elder Godsday Orubebe, who visited the former governor at his Sagamu residence, on Sunday.

Elder Orubebe said he and members of his team, which included Mrs Stella Oduah, Minister of Aviation; Dr Akinwunmi Adesina, Minister of Agriculture and Chief (Mrs) Maryam Ali, Special Adviser, were delegated by President Jonathan to convey his sympathy to him and members of his family.
