Jonathan Sets Up Panel to Probe Oduah’s Armoured Cars Scandal

President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday set-up a three-man panel of inquiry to investigate the minister of Aviation, Ms Stella Odua over the alleged procurement of two armoured BMW seven series car at a cost of N255 million by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
Briefing State House correspondents in Abuja on Wednesday, Special Adviser to the president on media and publicity, Dr Reuben Abati, said the panel of inquiry will be chaired by Mr. Saleh Bello, the immediate past Head of Service (HOS), Sambo Dasuki, a retired colonel and the National Security Adviser (NSA) as well as Dick Iruemaberi, a retired Air Vice Marshal.
The President, Mr. Abati noted has vowed to deal with anybody who is found culpable in the saga. The panel has two weeks to submit its report.
