(NNP) Kim Jong Un, the brutal dictator of North Korean, has been seen in public after news broke in April of his serious condition following an unspecified surgery. It was the first time the 36 year-old leader appeared in public in 20 days. The young leader was present at the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the completion of a fertilizer factory in Sunchon, located in South Phyongan Province.

Suspicion was rife when Kim Jong Un did not attend the April 15 events marking the 108^th birthday of his late grandfather, Kim IL-sung, considered the founder of the nation. His younger sister who is increasingly taking on more responsibilities and seen as a likely successor, was also present among several high-ranking officials of the state who did little to hide their admiration for the dictator with their constant clapping and boisterous chants of “Hurray.”
