Kwara state Governor Dissolves Cabinet
Headlines, Kwara, State News Wednesday, October 23rd, 2013Kwara state governor Abdulfatah Ahmed has dissolved the state executive council with immediate effect.

Briefing newsmen immediately after the state executive council meeting, the secretary to the state government, Alh. Isiaka Gold said the governor asked the commissioners to hand over their ministries to their permanent secretaries.
He added that the dissolution also extends to all Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, and Special Assistants.
“His Excellency, the Executive Governor, Alh. Abdulfatah Ahmed thanked all former commissioners, special advisers, senior special assistants, and special assistants for their service to the state and wished them best of luck in their future endeavors.
“He further appealed to them to continue to support the state government in their future capacities.” Alh Gold stated.
