The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Sen. Ali Modu Sheriff, has on behalf of the party’s National Executive Committee, condoled with the Federal Government and President Muhammadu Buhari on the tragic death of the Minister of State for Labour, Mr. James Ocholi (SAN), his wife and son in a car crash on Sunday.
PDP National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh, in a statement in Abuja on Monday, said the sad development came to the PDP as a huge shock.
He prayed to God to grant eternal repose to their souls.
Sheriff also commiserated with the minister’s family, and prayed to God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
The former governor of Borno State said the family should take solace in the exemplary and patriotic life lived by the late minister as well as his immense contributions to the legal profession and the nation at large.
He prayed to God to grant the soul of the former minister eternal rest.
