Trump to visit UK on June 24 to open golf resort

Presumptive US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will visit Britain on June 24 for the official reopening of his Trump Turnberry golf course in Scotland, a resort spokeswoman said Wednesday. “There will be an official ribbon-cutting ceremony with invited guests, and Mr Trump himself,” PR manager Lisa McGhee told AFP, confirming the June 24 date — the day after Britain’s referendum on EU membership.
