The Super Eagles knew what they needed to do ahead of the game, and they managed to get the three points that secured their spot in Russia.
Alex Iwobi, who scored in the reverse fixture in their Group B opener, came on as a substitute to grab the goal that clinched their passage to their sixth global finals at senior level.
