The boy who was arrested on Monday and lives in a small town of Kapiri Mposhi, was charged with three counts of libel against President Edgar Lunga who assumed office in 2015. The boy allegedly stated in his Facebook page – “Which other name can you name a dog apart from Edgar Lungu.” Another post read – “We are better off as a country without Edgar Lungu.” The boy faces five years in prison if found guilty.
