30-man Argentine team arrives Abuja for friendly, Happy with reception

A 30-man delegation of Argentina’s senior national football team landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on Sunday evening aboard Lufthansa Airline aircraft.
The delegation left Buenos Aires at 4pm on Saturday and spent only one hour at in Franfurt before boarding the flight to Abuja on Sunday morning.
The playing body was led by Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaletta.
General Manager of the team Hernan Tofoni said the delegation was impressed by the ease with which members passed through immigration at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and looked forward to a good stay and a great match at the National Stadium, Abuja on Wednesday evening.
The team was conveyed to the Transcorp Hilton Hotel by a Marcopolo Luxury Bus, one of the two owned by the Nigeria Football Federation.
Wednesday’s Guinness The Match, the biggest international friendly for the Nigeria senior team since a clash with five-time world champions Brazil in June 2003, will start at 7pm.
